"After driving for 4 hours we arrived here . We went into the pub to check in and was told to go over to reception desk.We stood there for about 10 mins with staff just walking by us. In the end I asked a member of staff if somebody was on the desk , he was very rude and said “can’t you see we are busy.” We wouldn’t have minded if someone had just said we would be dealt with soon but staff were just walking by us .
