Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. "We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room.
