Host was very helpful with accommodation needs, providing good space for our family. Very nice kitchen, well-equipped and functional. Very clean with comfortable beds. Free Wi-Fi available, limitations on use, definitely a place to "unplug". Family certainly enjoyed their stay at The Sanctuary."

"The place was very spacious and comfortable. Athena house is well equipped with all amenities. The host Patti was very friendly and accommodating. When I mentioned to her about an issue with the upstairs shower, she came over with her son and fixed it immediately to make our stay comfortable. Exceeded our expectations. The same issue was mentioned to the management company Evolve about 3 days earlier and they did nothing about it while assuring me that it was resolved. It was quite disappointing...

"Second time at this property and will continue to book it when I am in town. Just off the beaten path enough to feel like you are alone in the country but close enough to be at WalMart inside 5 min. Well appointed with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Clean and easy entry. Owner keeps the place very nice. Well worth it"
