"We stayed at Whitney Cottage for about three months in the winter. The cottage is wonderful, and we loved it the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and orderly, and it was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Mark Peterson, our host, is as delightful as the cottage. We received a warm welcome, and Mark was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Lake Harmony is central to everywhere we wanted to go. Since the weather wasn't great while we were there, it was nice having a garage to park in. We stayed for a weekend to visit Jim Thorpe and the drive from there to Jim Thorpe was only 16 minutes.
