The space was clean, cozy, and full of character — you can feel the thought and care that went into every detail.The view was the true standout. Watching the harbor from the windows and taking in the peaceful water and sky was incredibly relaxing — the kind of view that stays with you long after you leave.Even in a short stay, we felt completely at home. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and the hosts were warm, welcoming, and helpful.We wish we had more time and are already hoping to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway — even if just for a night!"

"We loved our stay at Jon and Carolyn’s home on Beaver Island! It was spacious, tastefully decorated with an artist’s eye for soothing colors and detail (Carolyn is an artist), clean, comfortable and well-equipped with pretty much everything we needed for a relaxing visit and cooking wonderful family meals, as we love doing. The location couldn’t have been more idyllic. The home is located on the secluded Mrs. Redding’s Trail, right on Lake Michigan. The windows offer a magical view of sand and rock formations on the water, with sea gulls, eagles, deer, swans, woodpeckers and other wildlife delighting us every day! We appreciated taking lovely walks right outside the door, with the road opening to beautiful nature trails and historic sights where we could enjoy the magnificent autumn colors. We would recommend this home to anyone and hope to return next year!"
