"Bryan and Becca were great hosts! They made the check in and out process as easy as it could possibly be, and they were always easy to reach over the phone. The guest house had everything we needed - all we had to bring was our standard luggage and a few groceries. The house was very very clean and thoughtfully decorated. They also included a basket of maps, pamphlets, and more for us to really make the most of our trip. Overall, we simply couldn't have asked for a better stay. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!"

"We loved our stay on Beaver Island. Carol was a a fantastic host. It was raining when our ferry got in so she so nice and able to picked us up and drove us to our accommodations which because we were staying off season were ready early. She was very helpful the next day when we wanted to rent a car as well so we could explore more of the island. Our accommodations were clean and quiet and on a gorgeous part of the island. "

"Beautiful home with interesting architecture, barely visible from the road hidden away, close to town and very cozy. Host was very communicable and was able to open the place for us early in the season. "

"Becca and Byian were great. Really a nice place. Very conveniently located to downtown. We brought bikes and were able to use the bikes for the northern part of the island. We took a rental to reach down south. But you do need to be up north when you visit the island cuz you're going to want to be near the grocery store and restaurants. "Great place, good for a winter getaway for one or two people. Would be equally good for a family with 3 kids in the summer. Basically right next door to the only grocery store on the island. Walking distance to everything in town. Sure, you can find places on the island that are out in the middle of the woods. Probably for triple the price. But don't let the location fool you. It's Beaver Island. It's ALL quiet and remote relative to what the vast majority of people are used to. Even in town you can interact with as many, or a few people as you'd like. Many other island options are just not feasible without a vehicle. This location is perfect for those who don't want the added expense of renting or bringing one over on the boat. "

"Everything was better than expected. There's plenty of room, the view is awesome and we had a good time. The only negative is that there's no closets in the bedrooms. It's still a great place and not a deal breaker, I'd stay here again for sure. "

"We loved our stay at Jon and Carolyn’s home on Beaver Island! It was spacious, tastefully decorated with an artist’s eye for soothing colors and detail (Carolyn is an artist), clean, comfortable and well-equipped with pretty much everything we needed for a relaxing visit and cooking wonderful family meals, as we love doing. The location couldn’t have been more idyllic. The home is located on the secluded Mrs. Redding’s Trail, right on Lake Michigan. The windows offer a magical view of sand and rock formations on the water, with sea gulls, eagles, deer, swans, woodpeckers and other wildlife delighting us every day! We appreciated taking lovely walks right outside the door, with the road opening to beautiful nature trails and historic sights where we could enjoy the magnificent autumn colors. We would recommend this home to anyone and hope to return next year!"
