"We had a great time staying at the Guest House for our first trip to Beaver Island. The house was clean, had everything we needed and Sarah was wonderful to work with. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. We traveled with two kids and four adults and the space was a comfortable fit for all. The kids appreciated the provided games and DVDs and the adults appreciated the deck With views of the lake. The beach access is directly across the street and this allowed for some great star gazing and rock hunting. We brought our car over, which was helpful because it is about a 25 minute drive to town. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!"

"We only stayed one night at the Boat Shop - Captain Quarters on Beaver Island, but it was absolutely unforgettable. The space was clean, cozy, and full of character — you can feel the thought and care that went into every detail.The view was the true standout. Watching the harbor from the windows and taking in the peaceful water and sky was incredibly relaxing — the kind of view that stays with you long after you leave.Even in a short stay, we felt completely at home. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and the hosts were warm, welcoming, and helpful.We wish we had more time and are already hoping to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway — even if just for a night!"

"Beautiful home with interesting architecture, barely visible from the road hidden away, close to town and very cozy. Host was very communicable and was able to open the place for us early in the season. "

"Everything was better than expected. There's plenty of room, the view is awesome and we had a good time. The only negative is that there's no closets in the bedrooms. It's still a great place and not a deal breaker, I'd stay here again for sure. "
