The 65` Smart TV allows you to watch your own shows and favorite movies.

We`re available by phone and by text throughout the week, and on-site personnel will always be assigned on the weekends.

Winter months require four wheel or all wheel drive vehicles. Eagle Point is a ski resort. You`ll be enjoying the peace and serenity of the mountains about 20 minutes away from Beaver, Utah. Be sure to fill your gas tank in town before coming up the mountains all-wheel-drive + snow tires and a set of chains, just in case, are highly recommended in winter.

WR #13 is not a pet friendly condo.

Smoking is not permitted in the condo at all. Please smoke in your vehicles or away from the unit.
