"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

"Our stay at Zannier could not have been any nicer! The staff was absolutely incredible, caring, and helpful — best service we have ever gotten during our travels! They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. "Nous sommes arrivés tard mais pas de souci tout est prévu pour. Le Chalet est très agréable et très bien aménagé, la chambre N°7 est très confortable, une mise à disposition de tout l'équipement (cuisine, machine à laver...), des frigo avec des boissons et même des repas simples sont proposés. Le lendemain matin très bon accueil de Marine qui propose un petit déjeuner très complet et de qualité. La station des Contamines-Mont-joie est à 10 minutes. Nous y reviendrons avec un très plaisir !"

"Fantastic place to stay for the 6 of us. It was smart and clean, but also very homely. Great breakfast (cooked and pastry options), super close to ski hire and slopes (few mins walk), sauna and steam were really nice and those who had massages said they were great. Nice afternoon tea/cakes at an extra cost (~12 euros pp). Views from the rooms and the dining area were unbelievable. Had everything you could want I think. I thought the dinner was nice. Some others had more mixed reviews, but I think was good on the whole. We stayed in the hotel for our 3 night stay. Any more nights and we may have gone into town for a change of scene. The best was the staff. Super friendly, helpful, organised and just great to be around. They really made the trip for us. They sorted ski passes and taxis to/from the airport with no fuss at all. The hotel is really close to ski schools and nursery slopes, and some of the rooms were well set up for older kids (say 8 years plus). We were an adult only group, but I'm not sure how good the hotel itself would be for young kids in terms of things to do in the hotel. There were a couple of babies around when we were there, so definitely fine for them to be there. Thanks again to all the staff. We will definitely be back - brilliant stay! "

"We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."

Huge Chalet in Combloux, view of Mt Blanc, in a superb summer holiday area

Wonderful chalet

"A very large, well equipped and comfortable chalet. The underfloor heating is wonderful. Staying there with young grandchildren was easy. Combloux is a very nice ski resort, ideal for beginners, and the proximity of Megève for glamour, and a short drive to a ski lift leading to the more difficult slopes of Mont d’Arbois makes it a perfect location.The host was easily contacted and all the informations were clear and helpful.Overall we have a fabulous stay in this chalet and will certainly return, this time with the whole family as it sleeps 14!"

Excellent location

"Set on the road up to Combloux ski resort or short hop to Princesse lift up to Megève and Saint Gervais, this chalet is in excellent location. Also short walk to restaurants and patisserie of Combloux town.It is more traditional style, warm and comfortable. Was great for our group of families, service from the people was great, very simple and straightforward. Would come again merci!"
