"We had an excellent time at B&B Hotel Mons. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. However, the best part of the stay was the customer service. Most notably, Theo, who greeted us at the front desk on both of our visits (we had two nights booked in separated by a night elsewhere). He was warm, genuine, friendly and even provided my partner an opportunity to practice her french. Theo also celebrated our engagement with excitement and glee and made us feel welcoming throughout. I am not sure if there is any reward for a good review. But Theo deserves commendation for his excellent customer service. We plan to return down the line and hope to be greeted with him then too."

"Basic and good. Very nice people at reception and restaurant. Good food. Clean room. Easy parking. All felt safe around. We were a bit disappointed with only 2 towels, no washcloths. But did not tell the staff, we should have. I would go back again to this hotel. "

"One of the best hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. No disturbing lights, no noises from air con. Room totally dark and very little noise from within the hotel. Just a bit of traffic noise from nearby major roads. Staff all very friendly and helpful."

"I stayed one night before an early flight. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with cozy beds and a great shower. Everything was clean and the facilities were good. The area itself didn’t feel the best to walk alone at night, and there aren’t many food options nearby. Also, just a heads-up for travelers: there’s no Uber service available in the early morning, so I had to take the first bus to the airport at 4:30 am. Overall, a good place to stay if you need to be close to the airport"

"Lovely location, with nice grounds and the older part of the complex is spectacular. The newer part provided a spacious suite of rooms with kitchenette and dual aspect living room (it forms two sides of a quadrangle), for our family. Being in the roof meant that the window sills were low and these open fully, not an issue with older children. Breakfast is available in the older part of the complex, the coffee beans are locally roasted and resultant coffee delicious. Our Host was an encyclopaedia of local information and directed us to some local areas of interest. Recommended."
