For a trip to the coast, the nearest beaches are those of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (41 km). The cottage comprises, on the ground floor, a living/dining/kitchen area, and upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) (available upon request when booking), as well as a shower room/WC. Outside, you'll find a private terrace with garden furniture, a gas griddle, and sun loungers. You will also have access, shared with the owners, to a large property where you can see two orchards, a pond with a beehive nearby, and local farm animals: chickens, a rooster, and cows grazing for part of the year.

The accommodation is attached to the owners' house and is located near a cattle farm. Access to the cottage is via a paved road.
