This lovely holiday home with private pool is located in a beautiful wine village near Béziers, in the heart of the Hérault region. It offers a comfortable holiday in elegant surroundings with family or friends. The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the village of Beaufort, which features breathtaking views of the river. Among other things, you will find a castle dating back to the 12th century. Here you are just 45 minutes away from the beaches on the Mediterranean. A paradise for nature lovers, with beautiful cycling and mountain biking routes and impressive caves. You can also go horse riding and mountain climbing. Take a private catered cruise in Capestang (23 km), rent a boat (without a licence) on the Canal du Midi in Colombiers (31 km) or visit the medieval city and castle of Carcassonne at 33 km. You can end your days relaxing in a good restaurant or wine bar. Located in a quiet area, beautifully maintained this villa offers stunning views of the hills from its shaded terrace and swimming pool. It is tastefully and modernly furnished and equipped with all the ingredients for an unforgettable time.

Schönes Haus mit 4 Zimmern für je 2 Personen. 2 Badezimmer, 1 große voll ausgestattete Küche. Pool mit 100 % Privatsphäre. Fast 0 % Verkehr auf der Straße. Sehr ruhig. In der Region gibt es viel zu besichtigen.

Proper onderhouden en goed uitgerust vakantiehuis. Airco in alle kamers (belangrijk met warme zomers). Zwembad in perfecte staat. Eigenaar zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Wijnproeverij naast de deur.

Mooie villa in een heel rustige omgeving. Heel goed onthaal door de vriendelijke eigenaar, die naast de villa woont en heel behulpzaam is. Goed onderhouden zwembad en airco in heel het huis. Heerlijke wijndegustatie gevolgd bij zijn zoon.

Aankomst: handig om sms te krijgen met de code van het kastje waar de sleutel veilig zat opgeborgen. Accommodatie: mooi en proper huis, alle benodigdheden aanwezig. Bovendien snelle interventie van de eigenaar (tevens buurman) bij defect van dvd-speler en wasmachine. Omgeving: in dorp Beaufort zelf is niets te zien. Het meer in Homps en het stadje Minerve zijn de moeite waard. 50-tal minuten rijden tot Carcassonne of de kust (Narbonne-Plage is een mooi strand).

Na aankomst hadden we onmiddellijk het vakantiegevoel te pakken, prachtige woning met zalig verwarmd zwembad en wat een uitzicht. Gewoon wauw gevoel

De aankomst was perfect geregeld met het sleutelkastje en sms met de code. Alles was goed geregeld en de foto’s op de website kwamen 100% overeen met een fantastisch uitzicht. De buurman en eigenaar van het huis is echt een topper. Misschien komt het ook wel doordat hij wijnboer is en de wijnproeverij elke woensdag een succes was. Enige tip is dat een airco wel fijn zou zijn hoewel het huis van zichzelf al koel is.

De gehele vakantie is super goed meegevallen. Het huisje voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Ruime slaapkamers, volledig ingerichte keuken met voldoende materiaal aanwezig. Leuk zwembad met veiligheidssysteem voor de kinderen. Het huis ligt heel afgelegen. Je hebt altijd een wagen nodig om boodschappen te doen.
