"The staff at this property are amazing. I had to leave before breakfast was open so they made me a continental breakfast the night before so I would have something to eat before I leave. I did have to ask about the air conditioning as it had to be turned on centrally before it would work in my room, but again the staff were very accommodating and helpful. "

"This hotel, hosted by Henry provided a comfortable stay for my first three nights on Mahe. The trip from the airport was short if a little expensive, but that is normal in the Seychelles. My upstairs room with balcony was expansive and had an excellent wifi connectioon. The property is close to the road but noise is minimal and the small beach is in walking distance."

"Good location near the beautiful Beau Vallon beach. The room had ample space with a large balcony. There was no view but it was nice to sit out there and I enjoyed watching several geckos on the ceiling. Decorative touches included making the bed with folds and folding the toilet paper roll. However upon arrival the top sheet of my bed had many tiny ants crawling all over it which they remedied immediately by changing the sheets. I also found the bed and pillows uncomfortable. "We had a superb stay at Chez Lorna. From the moment we booked, the hosts were in contact via Whatsapp to offer information and advice for our trip and they were always responsive and available to answer our questions. Although they were away during our stay, other members of the family were available at the adjoining property to welcome us and offer tips for our stay. "Chateau Elysium is an amazing place in the middle of Beau Vallon beach. We ordered dinner and it was excellent - variety of food, fresh fish, creole salads, vegetable with sauce etc. It was delicious. Rooms has beautiful view to the ocean and Beau Vallon Beach. Swimming pool in front of the villa is also great and get a huge advantage for guests. Definitely, we will return again."
