"Josh from Le Morne bar was my favourite staff member. Always happy to see us and genuinely served with love for his customers. Sou at reception got things done when other members of staff in there departments said it wasn’t possible. Pool bar needs music. Coffee shop needs investment in more coffee machines very busy after breakfast."
The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa, Mauritius

"Overall the Westin Turtle is a perfectly good option to consider if you just want somewhere to sit and bathe in the sun. The beach area is clean with plenty of sand but the best area's to swim in the sea as via the area given over to another hotel - nothing stopping you using it but sunbeds etc are not for Westin customers. Plenty to do whilst on site with various events laid out during the day to make things fun. All of the staff were attentive and helpful but special shout out goes to Vivek, Mafoozah and Jeevan who made our stay very comfortable. We visited in September and that appears to be considered a quiet month so certain restaurants and options are not running, these were not told to us at any point, we just discovered it by chance. We decided to eat outside of the resort on most nights - a personal choice over anything wrong - but when we cannot fault the quality of the food or the service. I don't know how Westin compares to other similar hotel but for us it met our expectations and allowed us to have a stress free holiday."

"The hotel staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating, in particular ( Heert, Shreya, Sheel, Bhisheeka and Amisha)Despite us arriving late at the hotel they ensured that we were well looked after. The rooms were clean and spacious, excellent food with lots of choices."

"I loved my short stay, the breakfast is a bit messy in terms of service, missing table and silverware and a bit short of staff , But still was happy, you’ll always find someone to serve you Great hotel I loved the shuttle service to the beach too"

"L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery. It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy. I also enjoyed the on-site sauna. My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work. Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond."
