"The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel is ideally situated for the Hydro and a walkable distant to shopping, dinning and art galleries. Would definitely stay again and will be recommendeding to family and friends."

"The hotel was very welcoming and had unique features such as a table tennis table and pool table. There is a gym plus the option of yoga classes. The room was decorated in an interesting industrial style with witty local touches. The bed was so comfortable we slept so well. The heating/AC was good plus it was possible to open the window and get fresh air. The shower products were heavenly so it felt like a spa. The restaurant served excellent food with the best breakfast I have ever experienced in a hotel. It is a dream for those with dietary requirements as food was clearly labelled and the staff were always happy to confirm ingredients. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it."

"Nice, quirky hotel. Comfy, good sized bed. Smart TV fine, but couldn't connect to any other devices. Complementary cocktail/iced tea on arrival which was a nice touch. Coffee/tea not replenished on second day, but put that down to an oversight...and sure we could have asked if we wanted..."
