"Very comfortable room and very welcoming staff. Hotel is very handy for Botanic Gardens, Kelvingrove Art Gallery and local restaurants etc. Breakfast is good value including both continental and full cooked items. I will definitely make a return visit."
"I chose a single room- it was over 50 steps up from outside. Room15 is small but the window opened which helped. The floor had someone else's peanuts, hair and my white socks were disgusting walking on it. The bed was made for check in day- then it was made like a kid did it with zero enthusiasm and it wasn't made at all the day before I checked out.
