"Bear River Vineyard and Winery is another hidden treasure and Nova Scotia gem. Darren and Sue are very welcoming host snd hostess that mafe you feel immediately at home. The grounds were very enchanting and we had the freedom to enjoy every inch of this property. Our accomdations embodied warmth, character, and charm. Our entire weekend was serene and rejuvenating and exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and inspiration. A private tour by Darren and complimentary bottle of wine was an added bonus. Bear River itself is small but quaint. The people so friendly. We took day trips to Digby and the Annapolus Royal both offering great food, wonderful people and lots to see and do. It is a must stop and explore. Our sincerest thanks to Darren and Sue for an ecceptional getaway weekend. We will definitely return to this little NS gem."
