"Didn’t have a hairdryer in the room and was told they only put them in premium rooms. Not an issue as they did give us one. Last time we stayed in a regular room and we did have a hairdryer. Nice little motel will stay again."

"My family and I stayed at Motel Bear Lake for a night while planning a day at Lake Michigan, and I was in awe with this place! My kids love all the games, art supplies, and local beach! It can be hard to find pet friendly stays, especially that are clean, but this had it all! We felt right at home! We will definitely be back!"

"My family had an incredible stay at Kevin's cottage on Bear Lake. It was so much fun to use the generously provided kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, canoe, and little motor boat. We made amazing memories together and Kevin's property was the perfect setting for our annual Northern Michigan family trip while visiting my hometown and exploring the region. It is the ideal place for relaxing OR finding something fun to do while connecting with family and nature.
