"This is the tweaker hotel. Mostly shady individuals, rooms were disgusting, no blankets only a sheet to sleep with and my pillow had black spots all over it as if there was mold growing in them. I also found multiple burn holes in my sheet "

"my stay was OK although there was a weird smell in the hallway and the hotel rooms looked clean, but there was hair inside the covers on the TV dresser. We had to get new batteries because the remote was dead. The hot water took a while to warm up the environment outside is full of construction and Wood so overall I think they just need to just a little bit more deep cleaning and make sure there isn’t any hair everywhere."

"I didn’t stay, showed up and left within 15 minutes. Bugs, moldy smell and the central air conditioning doesn’t work. There is however a couple of small window air conditioners that may or may not cool the place down. I messaged the host politely and said that the place isn’t up to my standards and that I wasn’t staying. He sent me the whole how great his place is and how great the cleaning company is just like he did in all the previous bad reviews. I told him that a reasonable compromise would be to charge me for one night and refund the rest, his response was “ you paid for it, you’re welcome to stay “ I look forward to his lame rebuttal, I could probably write it for him"

"Falsely advertised 3rd bedroom that was converted from a garage. The room was dark and had no windows.Which was never stated on the listing. Front door did not close securely for safety and a window was off track and popped out and not able to be put back on track and locked for security. Extra pillows in closet were stained yellow and towels in closet for guest to use were not in satisfactory condition. Had holes. Large mirror was on floor in guest room not secure and could have been knocked over by guest.There was no sun tarp over patio for shade from sun as listed in pictures. Owner did respond to me about these concerns in a prompt matter. How ever he could not help me because he was out of state and could not offer me assistance until the following Thursday which was no help to me. My stay would have been over by then. He said he was unaware of all these issues, and had told me his property manager had been there earlier that day and told him everything was good to go for my stay. Which was not and I had to leave never staying a night because I was uncomfortable with the issues. VRBO was also no help and refund nothing. I will never make this mistake again."

"Cleanliness: goodKim was quick to respond to any issues that came up during my 2 month stay. The outdoor spaces were my favorite during this time. Lots of different species of birds to watch, being right on the canal. We even had a sea otter show up to eat his catch of the day during our morning coffee!!! The area is very quiet and close to a few local restaurants which were all good and an ice cream shop. Shopping for essentials all within 5 minutes.I would recommend a railing down the middle of the stairs going out to the lanai though. With both doors opened you can't access the railing, which was not very safe for my elderly parents when they were visiting. "

"Our two month stay was amazing. The location was great.. It was close to grocery stores, great restaurants and just a short drive to beaches. The host was very quick to tend to any needs . The fenced in back yard was great for our dog and to just sit a relax. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Chris for being such a great host."
