  • We are a mixed French-Senegalese couple and we live in the Paris region. We love travel, exchange and meetings and can share our travel experiences. We wish to share with you this beautiful country that is Senegal for its beautiful landscapes, the kindness of its inhabitants and for the excellent welcome they have reserved for us!
    We hope you discover our villa that we have arranged and decorated in the image of our couple.
    Our villa is located in Yene, a small fishing village on the small coast of Senegal, it will seduce you with its many assets: friendly and very spacious, it will bring you calm and sweetness of life.
    Located in a pleasant setting close to the sea, you will have only a few hundred meters to go to enjoy a beautiful sandy beach.

    Its neat decoration, its terraces, its beautiful flower garden and its typical African hut will offer you both relaxation and scenery.
    The villa has a large living room, a semi-open kitchen and 4 bedrooms equipped with every comfort:
    One on the ground floor equipped with mosquito nets furnished with 2 single beds, wardrobe and bedside table. The other 3 bedrooms upstairs are equipped with double beds with mosquito nets, wardrobe and bedside table.
    Each room upstairs also has its own bathroom with shower (hot water) and toilet.
    You will appreciate our accommodation for its comfort and its sight on the sea. It is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or couples and for business trips.

    The house staff: a cook and a gardener are at your disposal. If you wish, the driver can ensure the return journey of your transfer from the airport to the villa for 45 € and is also available for all your excursions during your stay.

    To guarantee you peace of mind, we do not rent to several people at the same time.

The owner was extremely quick to respond to any concerns or needs. The house staff is exceptional and always quick to respond to any and all request. We would highly recommend this property to other travelers.

SEJOUR DE REVE

Bonjour à tous. Nous avons loué cette maison un mois en février dernier. C'est une magnifique propriété pourvue de tout le confort nécessaire, très spacieuse, également très fraîche ce qui est bien agréable lorsque l'on rentre d'excursion, très sécurisée également. Tout proche d'un charmant port de pêcheurs et d'une très belle plage à proximité. Elle est située dans un village idéalement situé pour le départ des différents endroits incontournables à visiter lorsqu'on se rend au Sénégal. Le personnel est juste exceptionnel tant par son dévouement que par sa gentillesse et avec lequel on se sent tout de suite à l'aise, tant Oumy est d'adorable compagnie, que Galaye serviable et que Malick qui a réponse à toutes les questions pratiques ! Je pense que tout le monde rêverait d'avoir un Malick chez soi !!On peut trouver tout près, du poisson sur le petit marché, des gambas ou des beignets de crevettes absolument divins. La propriétaire est très réactive à toute demande ou questionnement, particulièrement arrangeante et pleine d'attentions. Je ne peux que conseiller vivement à tous ceux qui veulent découvrir cette région, loin de l'agitation touristique de louer cette propriété les yeux fermés. Le plus dur est de quitter le Sénégal tant tous les gens rencontrés sont ouverts, accueillants avec le sens du partage. Allez-y, surtout n'hésitez pas, personnellement j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

une maison bien agencée malgré son immense dimension possibilité de s'isoler à l'étage et l'espace extérieure la singularité de son environnement ajoute un sentiment de sécurité de jour et de nuit . Le personnel est au top (chauffeur cuisiniere et jardinier ) le sérieux et la gentillesse les caractérisent .Vivement recommandée

Excellent séjour en famille dans une magnifique villa

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille La maison est fidèle à sa description, toutefois l’accès à la mer n’est pas aussi proche que sur les photos. La maison est très spacieuse cependant, l’intimité de chacun est assurée par la disposition des pièces... Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité de Malik Un groupe électrogène et une machine à laver le linge serait à ajouter.

Amazing views, excellent hospitality, and beautiful warm community.

I don’t know a better word other than, “Thank you”! For the beyond accommodations that was given to my family. We only stayed a week and wish we were able to take Aminata with us. Mrs. Brady was so understanding and was on top of our needs and concerns. The home was extremely well maintained more than I expected. I loved waking up and looking out my window and seeing the fishing boats going out and coming back in the afternoons. Locals were very friendly and we didn’t get harassed by people selling things at all, which was something I thought would happen. This was my first time in Senegal. I was born and raised in the USA, New York City to be exact. Coming from New York City and being able to experience staying at a home outside of my own country and not feeling out of place and being welcomed exceeded all my expectations. I can’t wait to visit Senegal again and stay here. Aminata hosted my family as if we were guests in her own home. She’s a great cook. When she found out my kids love mangos, there was some cut in the refrigerator every night with out asking. That type of thought and care I don’t get to experience often.She recommended a beautiful beach that was 10 minutes away that my family enjoyed. There is a restaurant and people selling beautifully locally made items. If you are looking for something outside of the typical tourist attractions and still close to Dakar this is the home for you. Thank you again for having us in your beautiful home. I look forward to seeing it soon again.

Exceptionnel

Nous avons passé 15 jours exceptionnels dans cette maison Le village est accueillant loin de l’agitation touristique mais bien placé pour découvrir le Sénégal La maison et grande, propre et très fonctionnelle Aminata la cuisinière est d’une gentillesse sans nom, elle est au petit soin et disponible pour tout le monde, c’est une femme exceptionnelle La maison est bien entretenue aussi pas Malick le jardinier Vous rencontrerez des personnes formidables dans le village Je retournerai sans hésiter dans cette belle maison spacieuse et agréable Merci aussi à la propriétaire toujours disponible pour toutes nos questions

Superbe séjour

Endroit très paisible avec un très beau jardin et plusieurs terrasses. L'emplacement de la maison est formidable. Au calme et surplombant La place et les pirogues des pêcheurs du village. On se sent très bien à cet endroit et nous y avons passé un agréable moment. C’est un endroit idéal pour passer un séjour à la fois reposant et pouvoir découvrir les alentours (Dakar compris qui est à moins d'une heure de route, le lac rose, Ile de Gorée parc animalier de Bandia etc.). Le village est fort sympathique et a un charme tout particulier A recommander sans hésitation !

Excellent !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Yène. Une voiture avec un chauffeur très sympa est venue nous chercher. Puis nous avons eu le meilleur accueil par Aminata qui nous a fait visiter cette superbe maison sénégalaise. Nous avons apprécié l'agréable jardin et la proximité de la plage. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons !
