"We had a wonderful stay overall. The house is older, but it’s very well maintained and full of charm. The location is absolutely stunning—the views are breathtaking, and having the sea literally in your backyard is something truly special. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The host was always responsive and easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated.The only thing I would recommend to future guests is to thoroughly check the property when you arrive and report anything that is broken or not working right away. We didn’t think to inspect everything on check-in because we trusted everything would be fine, but after checkout we were held responsible for items we believe were pre-existing. Taking photos and notifying the host immediately can help avoid any misunderstandings.Despite that experience, we truly enjoyed our stay, and the location itself is hard to beat."

"The villas are new , clean, spacious with an excellent view. Our villa was well equipped and we were very happy with it. Having a pool is a bonus which will be well used as most beaches are not close. Renting a car is a must as the villas are far from Split or any town. Trogir is not far but there is no easy transportation other than getting a taxi. Our visit was enhanced and made more enjoyable by renting a car and visiting various beaches within a half hour or so, going to Split, and Dubrovnik. The yacht club associated with the villas is pleasant with a nice restaurant but a tad pricey, however worth a visit. The staff at the villa are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place as long as you have/ rent a car."

"Wir haben 11 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Zur Begrüßung hat uns Nino durch das Haus geführt, alles Wichtige erklärt und uns eine Flasche regionalen Wein geschenkt. Er ist ein unglaublich herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der jederzeit ansprechbar ist.Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft tadellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Induktionsherd, gute Pfannen, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch die Klimaanlage war an den warmen Tagen Gold wert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die bequemen Matratzen und Kissen.Das Meer liegt nur etwa 50 Meter entfernt. Wer ruhige Buchten statt überfüllter Strände sucht, ist hier genau richtig.Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön gestaltet. Mit den Lichterketten, frischen Kräutern im Garten und dem komplett ausgestatteten Grillplatz lassen sich herrliche Abende verbringen.Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es Bauarbeiten an der Straße. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Trotzdem brachte uns Nino als Entschuldigung sogar noch eine weitere Flasche regionalen Wein vorbei.Schöne Restaurants am Hafen sind in etwa sieben Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Besonders großzügig fanden wir, dass wir am Abreisetag keinerlei Zeitdruck hatten und ganz entspannt auschecken konnten.Vielen Dank, Nino, für die wunderschöne Zeit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."
