"Loved the property! Best views on the gulf. Loved on the beach without having to lug chairs etc up and down. Literally there, and if want shade, you have the deck below. We lucked out too with weather. Being from Florida, June best time. Some people but totally uncrowded. We will be back. And our lab was in heaven too."

"This is our 2nd year at Shifting Sands. The property is perfect: right on the beach, plenty of outside and inside space, all of the amenities you need. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is huge, well-furnished, and functional, although I will bring some baking pans/sheets the next time, as the ones provided are very used and just not in good shape. The bathrooms are spacious and clean; I particularly love the hand soap the hosts provide :) The hosts are quick to respond and are eager to help make the stay perfect. Check-in/out is a breeze. I can't say enough about the location. Literally steps from the beach, which is quiet and private. We saw dolphins every day. There are very few people on the beach at any given time. The people you do see are friendly and respectful. Even though there are neighbors on either side of the property, there is enough space and vegetation to make you feel secluded. We will definitely be back!"

"The Tiki house is in a perfect location by the water at Alligator Point. The beach view is gorgeous.The house was kept up , the walls were clean, the floors were clean, bathrooms & bedrooms decorated nice , the stove & refrigerator very nice . The upstairs & downstairs decks was Excellent with nice patio furniture & beach chairs.The host were very helpful. The Tiki house is a very nice family & fur baby vacation house. The Tiki House is a short travel to nice restaurants &I also recommend the Gulf specimen Aquarium. The grandkids loved seeing the aquarium veriety, watch the sharks being fed, little sea horses, touching the star fish, sea cucumber's ,etc... Nice learning experience for children.Our family had a Great stay & will return for another stay.We give the Tiki House "10 stars" for Excellence! Ross family from Branford ,Florida "

"What a beautiful bay home! We loved sitting on the screened back porch and listening to the breeze blow, birds and frogs sing, and fish jumping. A white squirrel visited the yard one afternoon! The view is serene. We walked down to the rock pilings in the back yard and had a nice view of the sunset. I personally slept on the bed in the front room and listened to pouring rain most of the night. The bed was very comfortable. I had everything I needed to cook meals in the kitchen and there was plenty of coffee. The house is a short walk or drive to the public beach. Check-in was easy breezy! Highly recommend!"
