"Our family had a great vacation at this house! The house is exactly as listed and the outdoor pool/hot tub was amazing! Marion was one of the best hosts we have worked with from VRBO. The only thing I would want changed is all of the glass decorations on tables since I did not trust my kids so had to move it all out of the way while we stayed but otherwise everything was GREAT! "

"The only disappointing aspect of our stay was an interaction at checkout with a front desk employee named Autum. Unfortunately, her demeanor came across as rude and condescending, which is especially disheartening during an early 6:20 AM departure.I had a simple question regarding the valet charges, as we were billed twice despite the car not being moved. It felt somewhat misleading, as “valet parking” typically implies an active service, rather than a static parking charge over multiple days. Rather than offering clarification with professionalism and understanding, the interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily unpleasant.I shared that the front desk experience is both the first and last impression of a stay, and it truly sets the tone — which is why a more gracious approach would make such a difference.That said, I still felt it was important to leave a five-star review because the manager was exceptional. He handled a minor issue with our room lock with care, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness. His level of service reflects the standard the resort deserves to be known for.Overall, this is a beautiful property, and I would absolutely return and recommend it to friends and family. My hope is simply that all guest-facing interactions reflect the same level of excellence demonstrated by the management team."

"Beautiful home that was perfect for our SB vacation getaway with 4 senior girls and 3 moms. The house has absolutely everything you could possibly need. We loved every minute of our week and had the best weather. If we are in the Naples area again would absolutely stay here again. Centrally located to everything. "

"This location is great with a short walk to Vanderbilt beach and well-maintained complex and grounds. The condo is very nice and clean, nicely decorated, and was equipped with all we needed (especially in the kitchen). Janine was welcoming and is a very pleasant and responsive host. "

"Location, location, location! This property is one block to the Naples Beach. You cannot be closer than this. Also, the price and value is tremendous The space is beautifully appointed, comfortable and spotlessly Clean. Osi and her husband are truly generous wonderful people and they could not do enough for us with any concerns, questions or requests that we had.The unit is out fitted with every possible amenity you might need including supplies in the kitchen, Kleenex, zip locks, and so on. The parking is very close to the unit just one level down and there is an elevator for luggage. All the beach items are provided, including a cart making it super easy to go to the beach.There is some construction on both sides of the property, but there was no noise as a result. It is just unsightly. It is a smaller space and the only thing that is lacking would be a larger closet. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will stay here again if it is available!"
