"We had one of our best family Christmas and stays at the beach! We arrived at the spotless house which is light, bright and inviting with a perfect layout of being able to hang out in the open concept kitchen, dining, living area, playing ping pong, corn hole or shuffle board or just reading a book on the beautifully screened in porch or spacious deck by the pool. No one was ever bored!We also had a parent in a mobility chair and the elevator and layout of the house made it easy for her to maneuver around. The bathroom was accessible for her as well though the built in shower bench was a bit high for her it was easily remedied with a portable shower bench. The highlight was of course the beautiful beach, easily accessible directly from the house with plenty of chairs and beach toys provided by the house. Our dog experienced the beach for the first time and loved it though the moving salty water confused him at first . We made s’mores over a bonfire on Christmas Eve which was a treat! The hosing off station for the dog, fish cleaning station and out door shower are priceless to have after a day at the beach and successful fishing. The 1/2 bath downstairs was also a huge plus when hanging out downstairs or at the beach.Just a perfect holiday with family in this beautiful home and its perfect location! We will consider coming back with friends and family in the future. Thank you for the memories "

"I can’t say enough good about the Coral Seahorse. It was just fantastic. My wife and I and our tween, teen, and young adult children were with us (8 total). We had a wonderful experience. The home is just like the pictures and description say. It is updated, feels modern, very nice decorated - it feels pretty new. The location is stellar - not too far into the cape and a straight shot to the beach on foot - takes about 45 seconds to walk there. The home has wonderful balconies with outdoor furniture to dine or relax outside. Wonderful views. The pool looks a little small in the pictures but is bigger than I thought and is really fun. We paid to have it heated and it was so comfortable. There are neat night lights for the pool as well. Josh and Melinda were very quick to respond to inquiries, very friendly and down-to-earth. Made everything great. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautifully decorated with everything you might need. Clean and fresh with exceptional communication. Perfect location with the general store nearby, restaurant next door and beach access in walking distance. "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy Cape San Blas, the Coastal Joe team is great, but the house needs some dire repairs and a deep clean. The house is in a great place and decks are great. The carpet and living room furniture needs to be replaced. I’m not snooty but the carpet is very old and smelly. The furniture is dirty and broken. The master shower is needing repaired. The kitchen need a deep clean. I had to clean out the silverware drawer myself. The outside yard is a mess. Banisters were sticky, owner stuff in closets, very few glasses in cabinets. Cabinets were a mess. Building materials and satellite dish debris everywhere in the yard. The house is for sale so glad no one wanted to see it while there. We will be back to CSB and will rent from Coastal Joe again. We won’t be back to this house. Pics on website not true depiction of conditions."

"Very clean. Convenient to walk to beach but not beachfront. We had 3 adults and used the queen and king beds. Loft is good for kids—rather steep stairs. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and other essentials. Would definitely stay here again. "
