"The hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. There was problem checking in because of my booking did was not sent by hotels.com to the hotel so my family had to wait for over an hour for check-in in the lobby. The second big problem is they do not have King size bed in master bedroom, it’s queen size instead and the other bed room has 2 single bed’s instead of double beds as they advertised and I paid for. This was disappointing and uncomforting."

"The room smelled sigaret smoke and dusty. I had to request amenities couple of times, and worse of all I have to pay for my gusts to use the beach "

"It was a bad experience, when I reach at reception he told me they don’t have room I ask him if you don’t have room then why you not mention in app your hotel is sold out, then he give me room after 45min of waiting, after that there is no drinking water in the room and no breakfast provided which is included my booking. Overall it’s a bad experience, I didn’t recommend this place to anyone."
