"the room was a bit dated and worn, but clean and in overall good condition, the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was really helpful. My room was near the restaurant on the corner, so the nights were quite loud, between just general music and voices, there was also some drunken yelling after closing. Nothing the hotel can do about that, but its notable if thats something that will disturb your stay- ask for a room in a different part of the facility. The lack of AC (which was clearly identified) was difficult on a very hot weekend, so I thank the staff for adding an extra fan in the room to make it bearable."

"Helpful staff, clean room (housekeeping comes super late - came by at 4 pm when we’re were coming back to change so don’t expect a turnover), good location. Lots of boardwalk noise (there was a band playing loudly one evening and super loud marathon stop at 7am the next day). Would stay again if no events happening right outside the room"

"The cleaning crew were exceptional in performing their duties. Front desk staff very helpful and informative. We enjoyed our stay. I tend to get cabin fever after 3 nights in hotel stay. I love the facts when stepping out of the room your outside and not have to go down long hallways to go outside. Thank you OB hotel"
