"Great property, the host was really clear and easy to deal with and the location was central and easy to walk to many places. Our suite was super well stocked in the bathroom and kitchen and with the bedding. We had more than enough towels, bedding, toilet paper and paper towels for 4 women for 5 nights. Overall lovely and cozy place to stay."

"We were attending a graduation at LMU this weekend and wanted to find a place close to to the University and LAX. This location met our expectations and more. Located just blocks from the beach and restaurants, we were able to enjoy wonderful walks along the beach, dinners and shopping. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay again, hopefully longer next time."

"Generally very clean and equipt as advertized. Very tight parking. Not enough room to open both drivers side and passenger side doors. Small spiral stairs are difficult to manage. Water from roof constantly making a river to walk through to get to the rental. Property Manager was very attentive when there was no heat for 4 days. Cell phone service was not great. Had to go outside to make calls using Verizon"

"Our weeklong vacation to visit family was a bust, because I caught a nasty cold on day 1, which meant I spent most of my time at the property. Thankfully, it’s a bright and very comfortable place to be. It was warm enough in the sun to sit on the deck midday and watch squirrels and hummingbirds. "Two moms with their 18 year old sons for spring break. Place was clean and so close to the beach! Only suggestions would be to fix the glass shower door in hall bath as water gets all over the floor & maybe remove “outdoor space” from the listing. Open all the sliders to hear the ocean! Walk along the strand to get to downtown Manhattan Beach. Definitely hit up Nicks gourmet market, Fansea sushi, Sloopys and Pancho’s. The place was really great! Communication could be a bit better. "Stayed her for a week while visiting family in the area. Is very adequate for one or two people. Vicky the owner was very helpful to us. Kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Shower has great water pressure. This apartment is below another apartment... So you do hear upstairs neighbors moving about. Will rent again if needing a place in Manhattan Beach again."
