"Overall good value. There is some detail cleaning needed. Carpets under and in corners was dirty. Bathroom hinges on shower door have black build up. Bathroom floors under sink needed detail cleaning."

"This is definitely a beautiful hotel on the beach. Its easy to walk to restaurants nearby and has enough parking. I will say the property needs some updating and so do the rooms but we had a great time."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! I’m probably going to stay here every time I go to Jacksonville, honestly. Walking distance to the beach, cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Excellent hot water, comfy bed, frosty air conditioning. The small pool area is super cute and great to relax at. Walking distance to convenience shops and great restaurants. Front desk staff is lovely. 10000/10. :)"

"My sister and I fell in love with the pool and yard as soon as we saw this listing. This is a great rental for a single traveler or couple looking to spend most of their time outdoors. Adam is a gracious, considerate host always ready to help. This is a guest suite with a comfy full/queen bed. We did not find the futon to be comfortable. There are plenty of pillows and necessities including pool towels and pool. Very clean suite and well -maintained yard with tons of beautiful plants and flowers. Our two dogs loved exploring the yard and napping in the shade under the canopy. One thing we missed was a table and chairs. Perhaps a small bistro table and chairs could be put in place of the coffee table under the ac unit. All in all, we enjoyed our two day midweek quick getaway and would recommend this listing."

"Booked this Hotel second time to stay with family. Clean, comfortable, gorgeous ocean view (choose ocean view rooms), balcony. Breakfast option is not worth it; choose from the hotel's menu or go outside. Be aware, you need to pay extra for beach umbrellas or chairs. Nice swimming pool."
