"This home was perfect for our family of 8. We loved the happy yellow 🌻 and the crib in the closet 👶😴. The home had more than enough space for us all to sleep and had a nice variety of activities to choose from—video games, playground, swing, hot tub, fire pit, books, etc. With a convenient grocery store close by, we had everything we needed. Bethany was a very responsive and gracious host. We are already looking to book here again in the future!"

"This is fairly nice place to stay. We liked the location, the amount of space and it was generally nice. However, we felt like price we paid was a bit premium for the lackluster service provided by vacasa. For example, we were only provided 2 dishwasher packs for 5 days and were told vacasa is not a hotel by their service and we had to buy our own. We also informed vacasa of a slow leak from the top shower down into the bunk room and they told us to simply put a towel in the bunk room before it...

"We needed an extended stay for our unique situation and Joe and Joshua were the best hosts! The house is comfy and well proportioned even for a family of five with pets. All the amenities were there for a longer stay, and the location is perfect for a short commute to CdA. The backyard is lovely and serene and there was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and even our storage trailer and boat! We are so grateful to have found this place and the wonderful accommodating hosts!"

"The house had everything you could want for a nice, quiet stay in the mountains. The owners were very responsive to any request (which was only for butter to cook eggs!), and even provided us with snacks and wine for our first day! It was a big house with lots of room. Although close to owner's house, felt very private. Enjoyed seeing the sheep and Max every day. We would highly recommend staying with Mark and Victoria."

"When we arrived we were stunned by the panoramic view of the lake and the vastness of the patio and decks. I was thrilled by the fully equipped kitchen and the plentiful bathrooms and towels and pillows. Between the decks and hot tub we spent much of our time outside. "It was fantastic, quiet and private. Unfortunately we didn't spend lot of time at the house due to soccer but it had everything we needed. As a dad, I cherished the opportunity to drink coffee on the deck each morning and watch the sunrise over Hayden lake. It is an opportunity rarely given and I wish for more of it. I would definitely stay again."

"I chose this place due to price. We’ve moved to the area, but our belongings have’t arrived. So I’ve been staying in vacation rentals. It seems to be pet friendly although I didn’t bring a dog. Super clean, full sized washer/dryer, easy and reliable air/heat. Great shower pressure. Quit neighborhood. I wished three had been more dishes. Only a few plastic plates and bowls that have seen better days. Also the sofa covers don’t stay put. Top lock on front door doesn’t work easily. Other than that,...

"This vacation home is so amazing. It is rustic, yet modern and luxurious and completely comfortable, cozy, enchanting and charming, as well as super spacious. It is only 15 minutes from Sandpoint, but much better than actually staying in Sandpoint, because it is in the forested hills by Cocolalla Lake, close to Round Lake State Park and Sandpoint, as well as a short drive to Schweitzer Mountain ski resort. "The home was very spacious and relaxing, could use an instruction manual for the home and it's amenities like most vrbo's have, could not get the fireplace to work and didn't know if it was an option. going into winter, extra blankets for the bedrooms would be nice. also had to call for assistance 2 times to get the door lock to work. Also, spoiled by past vrbo's stays in Idaho and Colorado, first mornings coffee or hot chocolate would be nice, there were no condiments at all."
