"The room I stayed in was clean and I did not see any bugs. The room had a small coffee pot, ironing board/iron. The hairdryer was broken, but was no big deal since I had my own with me.
I requested a non smoking room and my room did not smell like smoke.
The facility should maintain the air conditioners as the filters were quite dirty.
Most staff seemed friendly. Only 1 instance where I reported the milk was sour at breakfast, and the attendant just shrugged his shoulders and never replaced it.
Breakfast was coffee/tea, 2 choices of dry cereal, oatmeal, bananas/apples, yogurt & toast.
The pool area was very nice.
I read many negative comments about this location and just wanted people to know it wasn’t as bad as I read. Seems to be an older facility, but was clean and comfortable."
