"The Land Yacht was spacious, comfortable, well furnished and had a great view of the bay especially from the solarium. The kitchen had everything you would need and then some. Our pluses included kayaking, bicycling and swimming in the pool and the bay. Bring your bikes and snorkeling gear. The host, Thomas (pardon me, the Captain as you’ll learn!), was friendly, helpful, paid attention to detail and close by if needed. "This property is definitely a 10 plus property and Neil and Karen are the sweetest people. They check in with us on our day of arrival and when we were not going to arrive until after 10:30 pm. She left the lights on for us and texted us Along the way to be sure we were okay. The house is beautiful and we wish we could have stayed longer and used the kayaks that they had. We loved the hot tub. Highly recommend this property"

"Wow! Whalesback Cottage was the Nova Scotia oceanside escape that we were looking for. Our own private space – no traffic … no crowds … and the only sounds were the waves hitting the rocks. "This cabin is definitely so cozy and comfortable. We loved the neighborhood, view, and quiet neighbors! Like stated, the stairs could be a problem for some, but was fine for our family. The backyard was a wonderful retreat every afternoon. The one thing we missed was the dock (there was not one) and the pedal boat. Both are pictured in the listing, but not available, unfortunately."
