"The property was perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed and was in walking distance to Trinad and the beach. It was fun to look out our windows and see the redwood trees and ferns. Communication before and during our trip with the owner was fantastic. We do recommend the Trinidad Head Trail overlooking the beach and the Eatery for dinner. We'd definitely stay here again if we get a chance to visit the redwood parks again!"

"This little house was in a beautiful location, right in the forest. You can see the trees out of every window and skylight! We liked that this was private and a bit out of town. This was a good home base for seeing the redwoods and beaches both to the north and south. The beds were very cozy and we had everything we needed for our family of 6."

"This was a beautiful ABB. The loft was so comfortable and cozy. Hade it's own private driveway with parking below the loft. About 18 wide stairs to the apartment. Bed was comfortable and cozy. This loft was so close to the ocean we were amazed.Thanks"

"Our stay was so fun! There was room for everyone and the house is quirky-cool and comfy. We loved walking around the neighbourhood. We saw goats! chickens! Red lizards! Friendly, fluffy doggos. Everything we needed for cooking was available. The beds are cozy and the shower on the bottom floor is the bee's knees. Best. Shower. Ever."

"This was an awesome stay! The location is PERFECT. We were minutes away from multiple beaches, tide pools, beautiful rivers, farmers markets and those amazing redwoods! It was fun exploring Eureka, Arcata and Trinidad. The home was beautiful. It was just where we needed to unwind after a day of hiking and playing by the ocean. "Very clean and quiet. It was easy to walk to Arcata and Cal Poly Humboldt. Plenty of shopping and dining with in easy walking distance and located in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Arcata!"

It was inadequately furnished: needed more silverware and cups; more of a variety of cooking utensils; dish towels and cloths; basic cleaning supplies; 1 or 2 boxes of tissue; a plunger (just in case); games to play; disclosure of no air conditioning; and a warning about the big rig construction vehicles on very rough narrow roads."
