Anyone could put a hand through and open the door. This made us feel unsafe. We contacted Vacasa, but nothing was done about it. Also, there was no air conditioner, so it could be stuffy on a hot day. There is a spiral staircase that leads up to the bedrooms, elderly or disabled would have a difficult time negotiating them. "My husband, two boys (6 & 11) and I stayed in this quaint, little, clean apartment for four nights. They provided coffee, creamer and bathroom necessities. It was perfect for a short stay. When we did need something the owner was quick to reply and get it to us. If need be we will stay here again."

"We enjoyed our weekend stay at this cute little place. The place was clean and in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are several excellent restaurants within a few minutes of driving distance. We spent a day at the Heckscher State Park beach, which is nearby. We were planning to visit the Bayard Cutting Arboretum but couldn't because it started raining. Overall, a nice stay."

"Lovely home. Liked it. Only item of note was the height of the bed in room. I’m 5’9 and I had to jump up to get into the bed. It was comfortable but popping out was spooky."

"The rental was close to what was expected but did not have enough bedding for 6 people though we were told it could accommodate 6 people. The air quality in the rental was poor and had a dehumidifier, which we were not aware of until arrival, and came with no instructions that we needed to manually empty it. It smelled musty and moldy and couldve also used an air purifier. The rental was basic and couldve used some more homey touches. Location was convenient for what we were in town for."

Host suggested several good places to visit/sample, stayed in contact as well including when internet went down for a day.
