This is completely inaccurate, it takes exactly 25 minutes (a bit less than 2Km) on foot to the nearest Biarritz beach (Grand Plage) and center of Biarritz. The apartment is not located in the center as described. Even more, the location of the house on the map that is associated with the listing is wrong. When booking we oriented ourselves at the location on this map, from which it actually is less...

"It's hard to beat the location of this property. The management team was super responsive. It was just steps away from the beach and the market. Everything was as listed and there was even some beach equipment (parasol, pareo, etc) made available. Best part: the house stayed cool during a historic heat wave. Just keep the shutters shut and that should do the trick."
