"This hotel is in need of a renovation. The rooms are small, there is no space to put anything in the bathroom. The bottoms of my white socks were black from walking on the floor of the room. The only elevator is slow so took the stairs the majority of our stay. Then there is the night club at the hotel. It's only open Friday and Saturday nights until 2:30am. We were on the third floor and could hear the music which actually went on past 2:30. Spoke to the staff the next morning about the music in which she asked if we were on the second floor and I told her the third floor. Was told she speak to the club. That night after speaking to the staff the night club did turn the music down. Overall I won't stay at this property again as we were not comfortable there at all, couldn't wait to check out."

"Here’s a balanced review you could post: ⸻ Overall, this hotel was pretty good for the price, but the details were a bit of a mixed bag. The entrance and lobby look surprisingly high-end, with beautiful tile and a nice first impression. However, once you get closer, some of the décor choices feel inconsistent. For example, the hallway rug looked like an AI-printed pattern, and in the bathroom there was Equate hand wash instead of typical hotel toiletries. The shampoo bottles also had tiny label-maker labels on them that were so small they were difficult to read. The beds were comfortable, which is always the most important thing when traveling. That said, the comforters were a bit scratchy, which took away from the overall coziness. Parking was probably the biggest downside. It’s limited and a bit unpredictable, and if the lot is full they send you to park about a block away, which could be inconvenient depending on the time of day or how much luggage you have. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you’re looking for something affordable, but the little details and parking situation keep it from feeling like a fully polished hotel experience."

"Room was clean, parking was good. Close to lots of things. Had a weird smell in the room when we first got there. Beds were ok. Room was good sized. No refrigerator or microwave. Overall was worth the price "

"Checking was suppose to be at 3pm but a room was not ready until after 5. Waiting around with three kids was not ideal. Other guests were experiencing the same issues. The manager said he would discount the room and ended up double charging. Still have not received all of the refund two weeks later!! We chose this hotel because it showed a high rating but we felt scammed. Don’t be fooled. The lobby floors and rugs were dirty and the room was not much better. The showers were dirty and the room sofa bed was absolutely awful. There are also clubs outside and the bass music kept the kids up until past 2am. Definitely do not recommend. "
