"Super first floor flat. Accessed via outside stairs. Clean and very well presented. Close to pubs/restaurants/town centre. Right next to public car park. Host left milk/water for guests. "We stayed on the coldest week of November when snow was falling and outside temperatures were below 0°c, the landlord controls the heating via an app in the office, we complained over half a dozen times and it was Wednesday before they turned it on, we were sat watching telly in our jumpers, coats and hats. And they still turned it off again in the morning before the flat warmed up. We also bought food to cook in the oven, which doesn't work, again reported it and acknowledged by them, but no...
