"Front desk staff were great, friendly and professional. The breakfast was adequate as was the pool/fittness room. However in my 12 night stay I did not receive any housekeeping, no towels no bedding nothing. Thankfully I had 2 beds and 4 towels to use for the entire stay. 2 basic things that guests should not have to ask for. Also the carpet in the room was noticeable dirty. After walking barefoot on it there was black dirt coming from my feet in the shower. I wear grey socks"
