"I reserved a Double Queen room..When I checked in, the front desk employee said they did not have anymore and issued a different room which was too small for my family. Upon pulling out the sofa sleeper, there were crushed up Cereal/Chips on the bed with No sheets. I asked for a set of sheets, he said they do not have any! On the plus side, this hotel had a very nice assortment for Breakfast!"
