"The hotel location on the beach is really nice, beautiful hip décor, most amazing pool and the staff is really nice. I did not like the extra charge for the beach umbrella. Extra $25 per day on top of the $ 45 per day resort fee. You would think the umbrella would be included. It is at every other resort in the area. I checked. So am extra $600 for the week. Just keep that in mind. "

"We liked the beach and the view. The hotel was great, our room had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning. It was located in the ceiling and leaked a considerable amount of water on the floor. We had to put a big bath towel down to prevent us slipping. Facilities did come up but couldn’t fix it. The hotel did take off the resort fee for the inconvenience. Luna the Mexican restaurant was great for breakfast as they had American choices. We didn’t like it so much for dinner. We went to...

"Rooms are clean, breakfast buffet has a good variety with two omelets stations. Staff are friendly at the restaurant and bar. Front desk were not too helpful when the Valet parking refused to take our car, they claimed that they are at full capacity. The hotel has no parking on the premises, they asked us to go to other hotel 2 blocks away and park there. I don’t expect to do this when I check in and I never heard of that before! "
