"Ants all over bed and hotel room no one was in office to help nothing was done "

"Room listings state they have curtains and they did not, rooms were very bright overnight. Pool needs rules better enforced. Two kids went underwater at no fault of anyone but neglectful parents that should have been physically in the pool with their young toddlers. Other families had to help rescue kids at no fault of the lifeguard but the rules definitely need to be enforced much better. "

"Listing needs to be more clear on bringing towels and sheets, paper towels, etc. Pillows in small family room were stained and there was a pet odor in that room. Washer and dryer were filthy on the outside. The setting and neighbors were really nice. Plenty of sleeping arrangements."

"Easy access to property - fishing- bike riding- not too many people in community. Went to see horses daily- seen historical sites near by including Ocean City Boardwalk. Wonderful Place to stay."

Even though the weather was a bit misty and foggy during our visit, it actually made the experience feel peaceful and cozy. The location is great, close to the beaches and Assateague Island, and the whole area has a relaxing family-friendly atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again."
