"This was a wonderful stay at Vito's apartment. The check-in process was smooth with Vito there to guide us through the property, and they were kind enough to leave us some Italian biscuits as a gift! The apartment is clean, and easily cooled with the air conditioning. The veranda is a nice (but still cosy) space to eat and even with the A/C off, the apartment didn’t get too hot at night. "We enjoyed our stay at Villa Juniper. The host was extremely help and knowledgeable and provided us with good information about the area. The villa itself is 5 minutes walk to Tancau beach and about 10 minutes to the main beach in Santa Maria Navarrez. Everything in the apartment was in order and comfortable. We would recommend this to other fellow travelers."

"Villa was perfect for us (family of 5, 3 teenage boys). Good facilities and 15 mins walk from beach/shops. Giorgio is a fantastic host, very welcoming and really helped us have a great holiday. It's a nice resort with shops and restaurants."

"We liked the proximity of the appartement to the sea, to the center and to the supermarket. On the other side, the appartement is very poor equipped. The kitchen has minimum tools to cook, with nothing for cleaning ( dish liquid, sponge, towels), no dish washer… there is no AC in The flat, no fan ( mobile fan was provided by the owner during our stay) the second room is not a proper room, it is more like a corridor to the balcony, équiped with dual beds… very difficult for people to sleep...

"The host Nicoló was very kind and answered questions in a short term. The house is split in 2, Nicoló is responsible for the upper appartement. That one is what we prefer because the outstanding sea view. The windows have all insect screens. The interior is a bit outdated, but in good condition. It is also a matter of personal taste. "Good things first: The bathroom was recently renovated and in decent shape. The property manager was very nice and helpful. The apartment was however not quite what we expected. There was no living room area, except a kitchen (and the two bedrooms). The kitchen and rooms were dark and a bit dank. The terrace was surrounded by raw land without even grass, plus a piece of dirty artificial grass. The garden furniture was old ald worn-out. The terrace also face directly to a (smelly) garbage deposit...
