"My daughter and I stayed at this hotel on a trip to Canada. It was clean and very well taken care of. The breakfast was good too. The pool was clean. There was even a fish cleaning house on the property that looked great if you were a fisherman."

"Cabin was very clean inside, smelled slightly musty but I am sensitive to mold and others probably wouldn’t notice, opened windows and it was fine. Outside needs some paint but inside was great. Quick communication any time I contacted the host. You can fish off the dock though it might be better if you can launch a boat. Beautiful sunrise, and nice and quiet. Couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely come again."

"This was our second year in a row to stay at the same place. It is a perfect location for us, walleye fishing, golfed a couple different locations, walking distance to a restraunt-bar and quiet. Already looking ahead to next year or maybe even ice fishing season coming up."

"This property was a great spot to enjoy Rainy River and Lake of the Woods. I loved how clean it was when we arrived and daily housekeeping was a perk. I gave it a 4 star because the beds weren’t very comfortable otherwise everything else was perfect. It was down the river from the hustle of the other resorts which was nice. Easy to launch down the road and a slip to keep our boat at the resort made things so convenient. It’s a laid back small resort that had all that we needed."

"Cabin was very clean, bedding smelled so fresh and was so soft, and was a comfortable place to sleep. We were so busy during the day we didn't mind the 2 twin beds in the living room area rather than couches or recliners. In fact that's one thing that drew us here was we needed sleeping area. That may be an issue for some but it was good for us. Any questions or issues were addressed in a very timely manner and they went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible! Would not hesitate to stay here again as was a more affordable option than some of the bigger, pricier resorts and it was nice and quiet and peaceful and in my opinion on the river is the best place to be anyway!"
