Lia was especially kind and attentive when my daughter wasn’t feeling well, and Sapti, Yoga, and Kristna were equally warm and professional. The pools are stunning, the design is beautiful, and the whole place feels like a luxurious retreat. Room service was especially impressive, and we relied on it quite a bit when my daughter wasn’t feeling well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something quiet, personal, and authentic near Ubud. One thing to note: the resort is open to non-guests from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. for pool, food, and drinks, but guests get access from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., which was a nice bonus."
