You have a view from the 11th floor on the sunset at sea from the balcony and the building is only 100 meters from the beach. The apartment is ideal for couples traveling on budget but still looking for the comfort of a hotel, as well as solo travelers. The studio-type apartment is equipped with all the essentials, air-conditioner, dryer hanger, modern anti-fire system, mini-bar, kitchen equipment and a stove to cook for yourself.
