The stylish design panoramic apartment with a separate bedroom is suitable for 6 people! The apartments are located in the elite residential complex Alliance Palace, in which on the ground floors is a world-class living room Marriot. This is the first coastline!

The apartments have a gorgeous panoramic view of the sea, promenade, singing fountains, Justicia, and a new modern recreation area.

The infrastructure around is very developed, restaurants, McDonald’s, pharmacies, shops, etc.
The apartment has:
- large new Samsung dishwasher
- large Samsung refrigerator
- 2 workstations, so they are perfect for both work trips and vacations.

Excellent WiFi is also available.

A comfortable microclimate will help to maintain a split system Daikin.
