"Nice peaceful getaway!!"

"The cabin was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The host communicated effectively and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. The hot tub was great. The only thing that did not work was the fireplace, it would not turn on. We would definitely stay here again. It is in a great location with close proximity to the grocery store, restaurants, and Beaver's Bend State Park. Thank you Justin for a great cabin!"

"The mini blinds did not work properly, they smelled of marijuana. We used a bedspread to cover the open space. The room seemed to be clean. No lighting in the shower (water pressure was good). The lighting around the mirror was not very good. The deadbolt did not work ( it had the turning part on the door), but the plunger that makes it a deadbolt did not work because it was not there!! The girl at check in was very nice. I wanted a receipt of my credit card charge but she said since I booked on line she couldn't print it out. There should have been a way. With a name like The NEW Hochatown Lodge I expected it to be better!"

"Very nice. Very secluded. Beautiful home and property. Back deck overlooking the running large creek and firepit out front were our favorites. Easy checkin and out. No contact with host was necessary. "

"The house was beautiful and perfect for a relaxing getaway...communication with the host was immediate and timely. Highly recommend this cabin and hope to go again."

"It was very cozy and warm and very comfortable. It's definitely a nice place! Just a few issues and definitely not complaining. It was very clean. Just the issues were the TV in the living room had a blue picture you couldn't see the TV picture well. The batteries were missing from the roku remote on the back porch. And 2 of the burners on the grill wasn't working. Just very slight issues that's fixable. The fireplace outside on the back porch had a bird nest inside so we couldn't burn it. We also couldn't get the inside fireplace to light up. But we wouldn't definitely stay here again it was peaceful. It just had simple issues that could be resolved. Other than the small issues we had we didn't have any huge issues and we really enjoyed staying there we love the side porch and the back porch. We love the bathroom and the bedroom. We also loved the kitchen and the decorations. Overall it was a great trip. Thank you for allowing us to stay there. "

"This was such a beautiful cabin! Everything is labeled and has its place. Very well thought out, highly organized and beautifully decorated. This is one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. We will book again."
