"The hotel was much nicer than places I’ve stayed before especially for just one night, the buffet breakfast was also more than I’ve experienced before with true buffet style options including an omelet bar. The front desk staff were a little rude & lacked personable engagement with guests, there were several events happening during my stay and the front desk staff seemed to favor conversation with these attendees over regular guests. For such a prestigious hotel, they need more sound proof rooms that prevent heading beside or above you, outside of your window & when surrounding neighbors are closing their doors. My family and I heard arguing, slamming doors & music from outside our window and/or door between midnight-4am"

"Very nice resort with friendly staff in most areas. Wonderful pool area at the spa Room was comfortable but found a little mold in the bottom plastic part of the shower doors and some corners. Bathroom floors were not very clean and the carpet could use a deep steam clean. Nice lazy river but of course, it got too crowded labor day weekend. The Mill had very good food and drinks and sweet staff- great $2 ice cream deal . Kitchen in the room was nicely stocked. The food at the seafood restaurant was sub par and poor value for the money. Much better food off the resort. Was there for my child's PGA junior league regionals and it was alot of fun."

"Everything about this property was above and beyond. The room was amazing one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and I love the decor. It was a great experience. I definitely will be back the next time. I’m in Hampton."

"I loved my stay & will stay again when in the area. Not only was my suite itself ideal, but the location was great, being across the street from a 3-mile running/walking path that encircles a golf course. The hotel had a gym and laundry facility, which I’d have used if I stayed longer. The staff was friendly, even wishing me luck in my dance competition. The TV was easy to use and had lots of channels. It was great in all aspects!"
