"Firstly the staff are wonderful and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed was lovely and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is excellent and not overpriced. The Pestana is a great choice and we look forward to staying at some of the other hotels in this chain."

"This is a great house in a cute neighborhood about 4 blocks from the train station with lots of amenities (groceries, shops, pubs) nearby. The house is very comfortable and clean and fit our group of 5 perfectly. Check-in was easy with a lock box and our host (Melissa) was very helpful. Check out the cute pub with good food and a nice happy hour just a few doors down called the Fox and the Hounds. Note: you can hear people in the pub's garden in the evening if you are a light sleeper, but it didn't bother us. I'd stay again."

"Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Der kleine Garten gehört exklusiv zu der Untergeschoß-Wohnung und ist eine Rarität mitten in London. Bis Mitternacht fahren viele Züge hinter dem Haus, danach ist es ruhig. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran.Dafür ist die Lage außergewöhnlich! Bushaltestelle zur Victoria Station und Hyde Park direkt vor der Haustür, weitere ums Eck, Bahnhof Battersea Park 3 min, Underground Battersea Power Station 7 min.Tesco Supermarkt 3 min entfernt.Einfach tolle Lage mit ordentlich Platz im Haus und im Garten!Da würde ich sofort wieder hingehen!"

"This apartment was great - clean, a nice location, friendly staff. The only down side was no air conditioning and we were there during 95 degree weather, but I'm imagining that is rare for London so I don't blame them for not having AC."

"I was looking for a place to stay within reach of the Royal College of Art's Battersea campus, and this seemed like a great choice. I originally needed to add an extra night to my reservation. While support at Expedia was very helpful, it wasn't possible to do so without cancelling my original booking. To avoid this, I booked the additional night directly with Charles Hope London. They were very accommodating and upgraded my stay to a Deluxe Studio at no extra charge, so I wouldn't have to change rooms between bookings. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a modern feel. There are wonderful restaurants, grocery shops, and cafes within walking distance, and a Tube station just 10 minutes away (Battersea Power Station). Must try the Salad Project at the Battersea Power Station! I walked to the RCA through Battersea Park every morning — a wonderful way to start the day."
