Hosts were very responsive both before and during our stay, and everything was as the listing says it was. "The location is off a major busy roadway so it is noisy even at night. We were not told thatt here is a steep staircase to reach the upstairs apartment, which is where we stayed. The apartment is a large two bedroom one. It is under renovation. There is no bedside lighting in ether of the two bedrooms. "We had a big group of 14 people and booked this property on Howe Island. The location was great. It was quite, remote and peaceful, just what we were looking for. The hosts, Courtney and Chris along with their kids were very hospitable and did a great job of hosting us.
