Welcome to our beautiful townhome in Baton Rouge.
Brand-new house with all new and modern furniture and appliances. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house has a total of 7 beds and can sleep 8 guests very comfortably!
The master has a king size bed, and the guest bedrooms have a full-size bed with a twin-size bunkbed at the bottom and a twin-size bed at the top.
Only a 5-minute drive to campus, it is also on the LSU bus route, and walking distance to several restaurants.
* NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Under no circumstances are parties allowed on the property. If a party is held, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house- $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house.
* NO PETS ALLOWED- $250 Pet cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of pet in the property.
* PARKING- parking space available for 2 midsize vehicles inside garage and 2 on the driveway. Absolutely NO blocking neighbors' driveways or streetside parking. (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).
* NO PACKAGE DELIVERY - We are not responsible for any packages delivered to this address.

Wonderful stay

Our stay met all expectations, and needs for our large family. Location was ideal, clean and quiet neighborhood. Mateo was a great host and timely with responding. We highly recommend this location. If we return to Baton Rouge again we will definitely book with Mateo again. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Louisiana Thanksgiving

Beautiful townhome. All Bedrooms are upstairs. Plenty of room for our family for Thanksgiving. There is No outdoor grill, which we love on VRBO's, but enjoyed the condo and location great for LSU campus and restaurants around the corner.
