My son is a student at LSU and staying at the Cook is more convenient than any other hotel since it is near the heart of campus. Most campus locations are walkable, the rooms are spacious, and staff is friendly. Prices vary quite a bit depending on the time of year, but if it is comparable or slightly higher than other options, it’s worth booking for the location alone.

The hotel was wonderfully located right on the LSU campus. The proximity to the university made our visit so much easier. There were a few minor issues with the room that could have been corrected. Overall, it was a nice property with great, helpful staff.
